saturday early games:

2. Bundesliga

Koblenz- St.Pauli: St.Pauli -0.5 @2.0 !! 2 units!!

Koblenz is one of the bottim teams in this league and they will fight against relegation till the end. they have not a particular strong home rec with 2-2-3. they are not a team that can play very well with the better teams and have to get the points against the lower teams.
St.Pauli is playing probably the best football in league right now. they have a great away record of 5-0-2. i know they lost the last away game 3-2 at Augsburg but they were early down to 10 men in this games and still found a way to hang in before loosing in injury time. they rebounded strong with a 3-0 home win over Cottbus confirming their 2nd spot in the standings. they play very offensive football and are very very dangerous on the counter attack. so for me it s a great set up here and i expect them to get another away win.

3. Bundesliga

Osnabrück- Burghausen: OSnabrück -0.5,-1 @1.86

although a match between two top teams of the league i will lay the 0.75 goals based on the great home advantage that OSnabrück has.
They are 8-0-1 at home and only 3 of the 8 home wins were by one goal (5 has a minimum of two goals difference). simply amazing home support and very strong offense in home games.
Burghausen has a medicre away rec with 2-3-4 and 6-19 goals. they are coming off two straight defeats and are a bit struggling right now.

Erfurt- Braunschweig under 2.5 @1.80

Erfurt a midtable team is 7-2 on the under for home games, which is always an indication for lack of firepower and inability to lead a game which you have to do at home.
Braunschweig the league leader shows great offensive football at home, but in away games they play with a much more conservative strategie resulting in 6-3 going under in away games.
should be low scoring unless something gets out of hand with a very early goal

Sandhausen- Ingolstadt: over 2.5,3 @1.90

the opposite here. two great offensive teams with shaky defenses always going for the win. Sandhausen is 8-1 on the over in home games and 15-3 overall.
Ingolstadt is only 4-5 on the over in away games, but as the 2nd place team with a mixed 4-1-4 away record they like to play open minded games which they will get today against Sandhausen. Their record also shows that they are going for the win even in away games. either they win or loose, but only one draw shows their attitude.
AT least 3 golas should be on the card here.

1. Liga will be posted in around 90 minutes.

St.Pauli off an running so far 2-0 after 25 minutes and dominating...

1. Bundesliga

Hamburg - Hoffenheim: over 2.5 @1.90 !! 2 units!!

Hamburg remains an over team. duw to big injury problems they played a few under last month but are back to their open style with scoring and conceiding a lot. They welcome back Petric on offense today which should only help.
Hoffenheim is not that much of an over team as they have been last year, but the offensive attidute is still there. they only put a bit more emphasize on defense which gives us a great line of only 2.5
After loosing at home to Dortmund 1-2 last week, Hoffenheim s coach rangnick stated that Dortmund s players ran 4 km more during game than his team and that never happens before. i think he really went back big time to his players to keep fighting again for 90 minutes which was their strength last season, but where they get lazy sometimes this season.
with that extra motivation i expect them to score at least once against an always vulnurable Hamburg defense.
Hamburg on the other hand plays well at the moment and should be able to get at least once on the board as well.
Both coaches will go for the win and know that it probably takes at least two goals to win it.

Hannover- Leverkusen: Leverkusen -0.5 @1.79

Leverkusen the league leader simply plays great football at the moment and they are unbeaten in away games so far this season.
Hannover is in my opinion still under shock after suicide of keeper Enke. After his death they lost 0-2 at Schalke and 0-3 at home vs. München. i expect a similar result here today again.

Dortmund- Nürnberg: Dortmund -0.5,-1 @ 1.90

Dortmund is solid at home but they sometimes struggling with scoring. still i like them at that hdc as it is mainly a play against Nürnberg. after coming off a big surprise win at Wolfsburg two key players including their goalie got suspended for 4 games and they dont seem to be able to compensate it as trhe win was followed with a home loss to lowly Freiburg

Wolfsburg- Freiburg: over 3 @1.84

Freiburg can be dangerous away or they get traseh you never know...but for sure they play offensive themselves resulting in overs as 5 of 7 away games reached at least 3 goals.
Wolfsburg is struggling a bit on defensive end but offense is still clicking. 6 of 7 home games reached at least 3.
Wolfsburg should win it, but -1.25 could be a lot considering i expect Freiburg to score as well and Wolfsburg having a big ECL match against ManU coming up...over the better play here.

i am off to the Hamburg match now. BOL to all

was not a good game...problem was that in that kind of match you need a goal in first half to open up play for both teams..as this didnt happen, they were basically in second half more scared of losing than happy to go for the win.
i was even in 40th minute sure if somehow one of the teams scores it s still a 3-2 type of game.
overall not a good match, but it showed that Hoffenheim indeed lernt this year to play also high level defense.

1. Liga

Köln- Bremen: no play

i was thinking a lot about it..on paper it looks all so easy..worst home team against one of the best away teams in league...great offense against no offense at all, but than again as a köln supporter knowing the team well they usually get points when nobody is expecting it and last year they won at home vs. bremen.
Köln has a very solid defense. they have conceided only 15 goals in 15 games. considering 10 goals came in 3 losses alone (1-3 Wolfsburg,1-3 Hamburg,0-4 Hoffenheim) they are conceiding only 5 goals in the remaining 11 games.
they played great offenses very good but in case of an early goal against like in Hoffenheim match there is a chance they fall apart.
i see two szenarios here: either it goes under 2.5 than Köln covers the +1 or it goes over than Bremen covers themselves in a blow out.
i ll stay away, but you can make out of it what you like.

Breaking team news: both starting goalies Wiese for Bremen (illness) and Mondragon for Köln (injury) are out...i dont think that will effect the game very much, but maybe in directionof over

Schalke- Berlin: Schalke -1,-1.5 @1.99

it s a play against Berlin: They are last and keep on playing bad football. they have only one pointin away g ames so far and i dont see any hope for them.
Schalke has mixed record at home as they sometimes struggle to score, but Magath has introduced a winning mentality to the team and they improove week after wqeek and getting the results..it will not be easy to cover the hdc, but it shoulod definetely be a Schalke ML win..also leaning under here.
